The Sentinel disruption thesis
Every competitor stops at "we detected it." Sentinel ships code_patch blocks as a first-class artifact alongside every fired detector. Brain-key-mismatch fires → fix-patch.diff lands in CI. Latency-budget breach fires → query-rewrite-patch.diff. OOM trend fires → memory-cap-bump-patch.diff. Optionally gated by human approval, optionally auto-applied on green CI.
Combined with self-monitoring meta-tier (Sentinel watches Sentinel) and flat-rate pricing, we undercut Datadog/New Relic by 10-25x at typical SaaS scale and replace PagerDuty's $125/user Process Automation module entirely.
